Icelandic Skyr-Style Protein Pudding with Rhubarb 

Ingredients (Serves 4)

Instructions


For the Pudding:  

1. Mix the Ingredients:  

   - In a bowl, whisk together skyr, protein powder, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.  


2. Chill:

For the Rhubarb Compote: 

1. Cook the Rhubarb:
